1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy explains how justrest.eu is owned by OÜ Enera (registration code 10810378), Reinu tee 18, Viljandi, Estonia 71020, phone +372 4351880, e-mail: mark.orav@enera.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or the “Data Processor”), processes and protects personal data provided by customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customers” or “Data Subjects”) when using the justrest.eu website.
OÜ Enera respects the privacy of the Client and collects, processes and uses personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Data to be collected
- Contact form details: name, email address, phone number, message content or any other information provided by Customers in their enquiry.
- Technical data: information collected through cookies and/or Google Analytics, such as device type, browser type, IP address, time and duration of visit, etc.
- Other data: data that Customers may provide in other ways (e.g. by e-mail communication).
3. Purposes of the processing of personal data
- Responding to enquiries: the data received via the contact form or e-mail is used to process questions or enquiries and to communicate with the Customer.
- Provision of services: data needed to manage reservations and provide customer service.
- Website improvement and statistics: data collected through Google Analytics and other tools is used to analyse visitor behaviour in order to improve justrest.eu content and user experience.
- Marketing: where consent has been obtained from the Customer (e.g. by subscribing to a newsletter), marketing communications may be sent to the Customer from time to time.
4. Data retention and security
- Retention period: We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal requirements.

- Objection to processing: Object to the processing of your personal data where there is a legitimate interest.

- Withdrawal of consent: where the processing of data is based on consent, the Customer has the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- How to complain: the customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate(www.aki.ee) if he/she believes that his/her rights have been violated.
7. Cookies
- What are biscuits? A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on a visitor’s computer or mobile device.
- Purpose: We use cookies to ensure the website works properly, to analyse user behaviour (e.g. Google Analytics) and to provide a better user experience.
