Conditions of sale
General information
The owner of the justrest.eu booking system (hereinafter referred to as the “Booking System”) is OÜ Enera (registration code 10810378), located at Reinu tee 18 Viljandi, Estonia 71020. Phone: +372 4351880, email: mark.orav@enera.ee. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of accommodation and ancillary services (hereinafter: Services) through the Booking System. The Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the legal relationship between OÜ Enera (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) when purchasing Services through the Booking System. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale by publishing the new Terms and Conditions of Sale at www.justrest.eu. The Customer may save, print and resubmit the Terms and Conditions of Sale before making a purchase. The Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale by confirming an order for the Services in the Booking System.
Prices for accommodation and additional services booked through the booking system are shown by room type or service. Service information is displayed with the service. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the time of delivery.
Placing an order
To book services, add them one by one to your order. The total cost of the order will then be displayed, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The contract will enter into force at the moment when the amount of the order for the Services is credited to the bank account of the Booking System. In the event that the Vendor is unable to provide all the Services ordered, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
Cancellation of an order
To cancel your reservation, please call +372 520 6772 or send us an e-mail to bron@justrest.eu, stating your name, reservation number, method of payment, as well as your bank and bank account number to which we will refund the amount paid. It is possible to cancel the reservation until 15:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. The refund will be made within three working days.
Processing of personal data
The Seller will use only the personal data provided by the Customer in the Customer Data fields of the Booking System (name, telephone number, address, e-mail) for the purpose of processing the booking and providing the Services to the Customer, i.e. for the performance of the contract and contacting the Customer. In order to serve the Customer and to fulfil the contract, the Seller may disclose the Customer’s personal data to a third party who provides services to the Seller and who has contractually agreed to keep the information shared confidential. It is the Seller’s responsibility to protect the personal data of the customer and to process it in accordance with the law. The Seller’s activities on the Internet are in compliance with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank transactions. The Seller ensures that, irrespective of any changes, the legal protection of customers’ personal data is always guaranteed.
