Rules of Procedure

In addition to these rules, there are more specific internal rules for training camps.

General

It is forbidden to share the room door code with unauthorized persons.
The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Please park your vehicle in the unattended car park behind the hostel. It is free of charge for hostel guests.
The electricity used in the hostel is 230 V.
The first aid pharmacy is located at the reception.
Breakfast is only served by reservation (for a minimum of 15 persons) at an agreed time.
Perishable food is not allowed in hostel rooms.
In case of violations of the hostel’s internal rules, we reserve the right to claim damages corresponding to the extent of the damage.
When leaving the room, ensure that the windows and doors are closed.

Guests of hostel clients may stay in their rooms until 22:00.
After 22:00, all guests must either leave or pay for their stay at the hostel’s payment terminal.
A maximum of 4 guests can stay in a room.

The hostel has a curfew from 23:00 to 07:00.
If the night-time peace is disturbed, please call the police at 112.
The hostel reserves the right to impose a financial penalty starting from EUR 50.00 for violations of night-time quiet hours.

Perishable food is not allowed in hostel rooms.
The hostel reserves the right to claim compensation for damaged property according to the extent of the damage.
When leaving the room, all electrical appliances must be turned off.

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly PROHIBITED in the entire building! The hostel reserves the right to impose a €100 fine for smoking indoors.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Open flames and the storage of flammable or explosive substances are prohibited in hostel rooms.
Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation diagram by the room door, which shows the location of the nearest emergency exit and fire extinguisher.
The evacuation exit door may only be opened in case of an emergency. Opening it will trigger the security alarm.
Triggering the alarm without cause (e.g., smoking indoors, pressing the emergency button without reason) will result in a €100 fine.

Check-out time is before 12:00.
If you wish to extend your stay, please complete a new payment at the payment terminal before the billing period ends.
