Phone: +372 4351880, email: mark.orav@enera.ee. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of accommodation and ancillary services (hereinafter: Services) through the Booking System. The Terms and Conditions of Sale regulate the legal relationship between O\u00dc Enera&nbsp; (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) when purchasing Services through the Booking System. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions of Sale by publishing the new Terms and Conditions of Sale at www.justrest.eu. The Customer may save, print and resubmit the Terms and Conditions of Sale before making a purchase. The Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale by confirming an order for the Services in the Booking System.      <\/p><p>Prices for accommodation and additional services booked through the booking system are shown by room type or service. Service information is displayed with the service. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT at the time of delivery.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76b0a2d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"76b0a2d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5390088 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5390088\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Placing an order<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7eefbf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7eefbf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To book services, add them one by one to your order. The total cost of the order will then be displayed, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The contract will enter into force at the moment when the amount of the order for the Services is credited to the bank account of the Booking System. It is possible to cancel the reservation until 15:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. In order to serve the Customer and to fulfil the contract, the Seller may disclose the Customer&#8217;s personal data to a third party who provides services to the Seller and who has contractually agreed to keep the information shared confidential. It is the Seller&#8217;s responsibility to protect the personal data of the customer and to process it in accordance with the law. The Seller&#8217;s activities on the Internet are in compliance with all relevant activities and relevant European Union legislation and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser&#8217;s personal data and bank transactions. The Seller ensures that, irrespective of any changes, the legal protection of customers&#8217; personal data is always guaranteed.
