Rules of Procedure<\/h1>

In addition to these rules, there are more specific internal rules<\/a> for training camps.<\/p>

General<\/h2>
  • It is forbidden to share the room door code with unauthorized persons.<\/li>
  • The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.<\/li>
  • Please park your vehicle in the unattended car park behind the hostel. It is free of charge for hostel guests.<\/li>
  • The electricity used in the hostel is 230 V.<\/li>
  • The first aid pharmacy is located at the reception.<\/li>
  • Breakfast is only served by reservation (for a minimum of 15 persons<\/strong>) at an agreed time.<\/li>
  • Perishable food is not allowed in hostel rooms.<\/li>
  • In case of violations of the hostel’s internal rules, we reserve the right to claim damages corresponding to the extent of the damage.<\/li>
  • When leaving the room, ensure that the windows and doors are closed.<\/li><\/ul>

    Guest Rules<\/h2>
    • Guests of hostel clients may stay in their rooms until 22:00.<\/li>
    • After 22:00, all guests must either leave or pay for their stay at the hostel\u2019s payment terminal.<\/li>
    • A maximum of 4 guests can stay in a room.<\/li><\/ul>

      Night-Time Quiet Hours<\/h2>
      • The hostel has a curfew from 23:00 to 07:00<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • If the night-time peace is disturbed, please call the police at 112<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • The hostel reserves the right to impose a financial penalty starting from EUR 50.00<\/strong> for violations of night-time quiet hours.<\/li><\/ul>

        Room Use and Maintenance<\/h2>
        • Perishable food is not allowed in hostel rooms.<\/li>
        • The hostel reserves the right to claim compensation for damaged property according to the extent of the damage.<\/li>
        • When leaving the room, all electrical appliances must be turned off.<\/li><\/ul>

          Smoking and Fire Safety<\/h2>
          • Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping,<\/strong> is strictly PROHIBITED<\/strong> in the entire building! The hostel reserves the right to impose a \u20ac100 fine<\/strong> for smoking indoors.<\/li>
          • Smoking is only allowed outside.<\/li>
          • Open flames and the storage of flammable or explosive substances are prohibited in hostel rooms.<\/li>
          • Please familiarize yourself with the evacuation diagram by the room door, which shows the location of the nearest emergency exit and fire extinguisher.<\/li>
          • The evacuation exit door may only be opened in case of an emergency. Opening it will trigger the security alarm.<\/li>
          • Triggering the alarm without cause (e.g., smoking indoors, pressing the emergency button without reason) will result in a \u20ac100 fine.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

            Check-Out and Departure<\/h2>
            • Check-out time is before 12:00<\/strong>.<\/li>
